So, I've been looking for a cheap dress form to have to set up at my craft shows so that I would have a better way to display my dresses. Well, I don't know if you've looked for those things, but they can be pretty expensive and I didn't want to spend any more than $20-$25. So I started to look for ideas on how to make one. I found a nice tutorial on how to make one using duck tape (it's true, you really can make anything out of duck tape). But, since I din't think Sophie would cooperate with being wrapped up with duck tape, I had to enlist a different helper.
So, here's my helper in his long shirt
With the first layer of duck tape
With the final layer- he was done by now
The next step was to cut it off of him (carefully of course!) The next part of the plan is to cover it with a fabric so that it is a little more finished.
